Peel leaves from a head of romaine lettuce and rinse them under cool water thoroughly. |

Rip the leaves (do not cut as this will cause the edges to brown) as a bunch into four sections and place them into a bowl. |

Cut off the ends of the vine tomato and slice into 4. Stack the slices and cut into halves or quarters and lay on top of your lettuce. |

Following the tomato, cut cucumber into slices then stack the slices and cut in halves or quarters. Sprinkle on your salad. |

Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top your salad. |

Drizzle with Italian dressing. |
