Ingredients

Directions

1. Boil chopped up cauliflower until soft.
2. Drain and squeeze out water in tea towel or cheese cloth.
3. Add salt, pepper and flour. Knead dough until workable.
4. Roll out dough in sections, cut into bite size piece and brown in pan with oil in batches (do not let stick together).
5. Once browned, add rest of gnocchi in pan, add marinara sauce and toss to coat. Add parmesan cheese and basil for topping.
