Ingredients

Directions

1. Mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and milk in a bowl and use a blender to get a smooth texture.
2. Add Kirkland egg whites to two egg whites and whip them for 10 min until they are glossy and firm.
3. Add egg whipped egg whites to the cottage cheese mix gradually spoon by spoon gently stirring from bottom up to combine.
4. Pour in a glass baking form and put into preheated to 170c degrees oven for 30-40 min.
