Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
2. Cut the potato vertically and 1 1/2 cm thin.
3. Place potatoes on pan, sprinkle over oil and spices evenly.
4. Place in oven.
5. Take out and let cool.
6. Note : other spices can be used instead of oregano.
