Directions

1. Preheat oven to 175 °C. Use a non-stick muffin pan or use a spray oil to lightly grease muffin pan.
2. Chop vegetables. Put aside.
3. Cook ground turkey. Put aside.
4. Whisk eggs, egg whites and water together.
5. Combine egg mixture, vegetables and turkey together. Add in any spices you desire.
6. Spoon into muffin tins.
7. Put in oven and bake for roughly 30-35 minutes.
