Preheat oven 175 °C. |

In a medium size bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. |

In the same bowl, combine the mashed bananas, yogourt, apple sauce, vanilla and water. |

In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and brown sugar. |

Combine dry and wet ingredients. |

Fill the muffin mold at 2/3. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. |

Note: the idea is to replace the fat with apple sauce and fat free yogourt. You can do the same with any of your favorite muffin recipes. |
