1. Parboil 1 cup uncooked wild rice for 5 minutes.
2. Let stand, covered, in same water for 1 hour. Drain.
3. Mix rice, consommé and all other ingredients together adding salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
