Ingredients

Directions

1. Using a dutch oven or saucepan with lid, preheat oil and cook onions until translucent.
2. While onions are cooking, chop and add peppers and garlic. Add these to pan.
3. Chop tomatoes and tomatillos in large chunks and add to pan. Simmer all together until juices come out and it becomes soupy. Add tomato paste.
4. Spice as desired.
5. Add fish fillets. Put the lid on and simmer until fish is tender and completely opaque.
