Ingredients

Directions

1. Mix the first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
2. Stir baking soda and buttermilk in separate bowl.
3. Add buttermilk mix to flour mix.
4. Mix until it forms a ball, knead like bread.
5. Roll out on floured surface to 3/4 inch thick.
6. Use cookie cutter to cut rounds.
7. Place on greased baking sheet.
8. Bake in 450 F preheated oven for 11 to 12 minutes. Place on cooling rack when done.
