Preheat oven to 300F. |

Separate egg whites and yolks. |

Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form. |

In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese until soft, then add egg yolks one by one while blending, scraping the sides as you go until smooth. |

Spoon 1/4 cup blobs of mixture onto large lined baking sheets, and spread evenly into a 4 inch circle, about 3/4" thick, with spaces in between each blob. |

Bake for 15-18 minutes. They should be slightly golden brown and firm throughout. |

Let cool for at least 5 minutes. Serve. |
